Vineyard and winery business planning and strategy, hospitality and infrastructure development (Mornington Peninsula)
Located in Red Hill South, we bring 25 years of experience in the Australian viticulture sector. Projects include feasibility for establishment and operation of vineyards, and operating financial model for establishment of winery and bottling plant. Cashflow analyses take into account cycle of wine growing season through to harvest and bottling, and varied periods of maturation ready for release of product that does not align with financial year cycle, and determined by the winemaker. We developed a program that accounts for forward working capital requirements as growth in volume of production increases. Targets for sales are established relative to production capacity. Forecast capital for development of property and facilities (leasehold and freehold options), and possible structured finance (capital raise) to assist in second stage growth.
