SBG Advisory was appointed to develop improved reporting of this major education reform and infrastructure improvement program valued at AUD1.6Bil. Our objective was to invoke productive disruption to past practices of generating information for decision-making, whilst maintaining momentum of the formative stages of the 10-year reform program being undertaken by the Victorian Government.

We established high level categories to facilitate reporting appropriate for the many different stakeholders seeking to extract information pertinent to their area of responsibility, aligning data sets accordingly, formulating concise reporting methodologies and making recommendations regarding priorities for investment and cash flow projections.

We were privileged to have been able to provide the foundation for what was later to become an expanded program of rejuvenation of education infrastructure valued at AUD3Bil.
