National Gallery of Victoria
Our people led and managed the world class redevelopment of National Gallery of Victoria visual art gallery projects at NGV.International and the Ian Potter Centre NGV.Australia at Federation Square.
Our involvement over a decade included development of formative strategic plan, 20-year master plan for growth, feasibility study, business case, scoping of infrastructure solutions and implementation of three major construction projects valued at AUD 450Mil. We collaborated with leading international architects Mario Bellini and Peter Davidson of Lab Architecture Studio to create visual art museums of a world class standard and led the establishment of digital content development program that involved advisors from our UK team.

We are proud to have been associated with this significant body of work at a time when the advent of the digital medium transformed museological practices worldwide and introduced the need for innovative infrastructure solutions.
We successfully worked client side to develop a valuable and informative feasibility study incorporating complex operations forecasting and capital budgeting techniques, supporting infrastructure development plans that were founded upon sound business strategies.
