SBG Advisory was appointed to lead an important review that examined current and future service demand involving 32 key Indigenous organisations throughout Victoria and preparation of a 10-year strategic asset management plan for development of associated infrastructure.

Our work defined multi-year funding of infrastructure in response to growing demand for community and health services and programs. We undertook research and social / economic analysis to identify trends evidencing growth, we established that physical assets were either lacking capacity or outmoded and we set out a clear path to bring capital funding into alignment with program funding according to demand projections.
