SBG Advisory was appointed to undertake a business planning process that quickly became focused upon a capital raising to fund the purchase of latest production technology in order to secure a share of the AUD150mil. market in Australia. We undertook a detailed evaluation of all elements of the business including 5-year financial forecasts based upon market intelligence, financial and ratio analysis, pricing, reporting, and sector analysis including competition analysis. An investment memorandum was prepared for purpose of the capital raise.

This body of work by SBG Advisory established the basis of the 5-year business plan including governance framework, addressing compliance matters, future proofing for exponential growth, and incorporating an M&A strategy.

This business continues to trade successfully and is on course to achieve financial targets in its first full year as a manufacturer in FY2015/16.
