Education

We have been operating within the education sector in Australia and the United Kingdom for many years providing services to education departments with Governments involving significant digital ICT development programs, content development and reviews of major projects and multi-year programs.

Education experience includes schools infrastructure development projects for Victorian Department of Education and Early Childhood Development valued up to $3.1Bil. addressing the needs of up to 1,500 schools and creating a strategic framework for delivery of capital expenditure programs.

We have worked with Governments to establish development plans, whole-of-portfolio strategies and in New Zealand, have undertaken a review of the business case for Christchurch Education Cluster Development Program, the centrepiece of rebuilding communities, following the devastating earthquakes in that city.

Other experience includes Indigenous education and training programs for Corrective Services Victoria and senior team training program for Emergency Services Victoria, business case review of Education Human Capital Management Program and TAFE Student Management Services ICT for NSW Department of Education, and working with NGV Education team regarding a schools outreach arts education program.
