Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations

SBG Advisory undertook research and social / economic analysis to define current and future growth for services and programs for a number of Aboriginal Corporations. Our work included assessment of health management and business processes, we identified areas for improvement and established an innovative model defining health and community services according to a new categorisation model.

Corporations included Mungabareena Aboriginal Corporation, The Gathering Place Health Service Limited & Lakes Entrance Aboriginal Health Association, involving further development of health service planning model, IT support / data procurement and Governance.

We went on to support corporations in funding applications for a number of Aboriginal health and community service programs including Integrated Family Services, Family Violence, Family Support, HACC, Child First, healing and chronic disease, Partners In Recovery mental health, After Hours primary care health services and Youth & Justice services.
